We are dealing with multiple various suppliers located around the world. Returns are going to depend on the item or product. If you contact us within 15 days of receiving the item than we will start the process of returning the item. If the supplier does NOT accept returns than we will work out something for sending it to us directly and when we receive your product, it be will inspected and if all is good then a refund will be issued for the price that was paid.
